The Inbetweeners Movie

The Inbetweeners is one of the funniest and juvenile TV Series I have ever seen.  4 teenagers, not quite children, not quite men try and make it through sixth form without embarrassing themselves.  When you try not to do something, you are most likely to do it.

The Inbetweeners Movie is a continuation of the TV Series.  They finish Sixth Form and come out as men.  They now have an entire summer to live out their manly desires.  For these guys that is to get pissed and have lots of sex.  Easy right?  Wrong.

The 4 guys, Simon the simpleton, Neil the Lanky dude with a small IQ, Jay the Sex Obsessed liar, and Will the Briefcase Wanker.  When Simon is dumped by his long time love Carly at the beginning of the summer so she can shag men at University, he is distraught.  The guys rally around and decide to go a massive bender of a holiday in Malia full of sun, sea, sex and booze to cheer him up.

What ensues is funny, really funny.  Some of it entirely unbelievable (Will pulling the really fit girl would never happen) but most of it pretty accurate of a lads holiday.  Cheap shots, excessive drunkeness, crap dancing and hangovers from hell.

The film is a very good and faithful continuation from the series, the humour equally as good.  There were a couple of points where I did get bored.  The TV episodes are only 30 minutes long so a lot of visual gags are crammed into that.  The film did drag on from one gag and story plot to the next but overall real hardcore series fans will be satisfied.

I did think there were too many cocks on show and it wasn't really needed.

Its enough to put anyone of booze for life though, but I am sure were have had those moments.
